Puerto Rican-born Cynthia was raised on New York's Lower East Side, providing early
training for her unique style sense: edgy street-smart meets classic pretty. Known for her killer
blow-drying skills and expert updo styling, approachably sweet Cynthia is naturally a shoe-in for
clients in need of special occasion 'dos.
